A life-long resident of Florida, John was recently elevated to the position of President of DynaServ Florida. Prior to John’s 10 years with DynaServ, he served for 27 years in the Miami Beach Fire Department, retiring as a Chief Officer. John’s discipline, organizational and planning skills are evident by the impeccable appearance of DynServ's facilities, equipment and the responsiveness to our Customers. John believes that training, image and the opportunity for employee growth within the Company will continue to be the success of DynaServ Florida.
Gregory M. Montesano
President - Northeast
With a background in Real Estate, Sales and Acquisitions work, Greg was hired by DynaServ as a lead Account Executive for the Northeast Division. A promotion to Vice President in 2008, Greg’s responsibilities include Janitorial Operations, Business Development, Tenant Contract Sales, Account Management, Market Research and Client Relations. Before joining DynaServ, Greg was an Associate Director at Murray Hill Properties assisting with a portfolio that consisted of an estimated 1,000,000 sq. ft. He started his career by founding Pinnacle Services, LLC where he created the business plan, launched the company, and executed daily operations until 2005. In addition to being a licensed New York Real Estate Broker, he holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Lillian M. Alvarado
Director of Finance
Lillian began her career with DynaServ as a Triple 'A' Maintenance employee in April 1967. In the first 21-years of her service, she originally held the position of Office Manager until 1988. Through unparalleled dedication and commitment, Lillian was subsequently promoted to Director of Finance as well as Secretary of the Company. For the past 18-years, Lillian has responsibility for all financial reporting, analysis, audits and competitive purchasing while also working closely with the Chairman of the Board and the Senior Executive Staff. Mrs. Alvarado studied Accounting at the College of Staten Island.
Sean M. Forman
Vice President
Sean Forman joined DynaServ Florida in 2003 and has held the position of General Manager since 2004. His responsibilities include all aspects of the company’s business, with particular focus on day to day operation’s and the development of new business. Prior to joining DynaServ, Sean served as the Facility Manager of a million-plus square feet of corporate space for American Express properties in their Southeastern portfolio. Before that, Sean was the South Florida Branch Manger for American Building Maintenance, responsible for over $6 million dollars in service contracts while overseeing all aspect of the company’s business in the region. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science form Florida State University and has a FMA Certification from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
